“THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE HAS THE MOST POLITE AND NICE PEOPLE. YOU CALL AND THE COME RIGHT AWAY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE RENTAL OFFICE COME OFF RUDE LKE YOU ARE BROTHERING THEM. THE GROUNDS LOOK BEAUTIFUL BUT YOUR DOG PARK NEEDS WORK BC IT'S NOTHING BUT DIFT AND TREE ROOTS. A DOG COULD BE RUINING AROUND AND GET HURT ON THE TREE ROOTS. AT NIGHT PEOPLE COME IN OFF THE ROAD TO DUMP THEIR TRASH AND STUFF NO NIGHT SECURITY DRIVING AROUND AT NIGHT. I have been living here for 10 years.I wish everyone who is a dog owner would pick up after their dog. THE UNDERNEATH OF THE DECKS NEED TO BE SCRAPED AND REPAINTED.”

The process of applying and getting approved had the potential to be challenging, but Lisa in the main leasing office did an amazing job keeping me updated and guiding me every step of the way to ensure my application was properly filled out. I haven't had many issues come up (all just basic maintenance requests), but when they do, they are handled quickly and do not need repeated subsequent requests. I would highly recommend prospective tenants to take a tour here! It's not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for.”
