I had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday. Told by a competitor that the only place to get windshield wipers for my car was the dealer. Tried this location and they not only had what I needed, but also, the owner graciously assisted me by installing them.
Only a single experience but enough to earn me as a return customer.

I went to get some items I needed and an employee by the name of Chris approached me with a proper interaction welcome to AutoZone my name is Chris let me know if there's anything I can help with and I said sure will do thank you and then the manager Romain asked did you find what you was looking for and I said yes thank you these are people we need everywhere it make you want to come back thank you guys for helping me with my parts and that's why I gave a 5 star on this march 21,2024 at 5 pm again thank you.

Went in for oil and filter. The deal sign did not match the oil offered. 2 employees worked with me until we found the correct oil and filter for the combo deal so that I could get an excellent price!! Great work guys. Thanks again.

Today my headlight went out and I thought I fixed it by switching a bulb, but my headlight was still not working. Employee Rachel and a nice gentleman who I didn't get the name of stayed in the cold with me for a half hour to make sure I got home safely. Thank you both again so much.

Wappingers Falls Auto Zone. Very poor, dismissive, and evasive customer service from manager. Website does not provide accurate vehicle fit information for brake parts. Manager refused to replace missing hardware in brake pad boxes even though they were advertised as hardware provided. Manager gave several different excuses including dissing the website, then walked away. I will not patronize any Auto Zone stores again.
