I shop at BJ’s occasionally. Went there today felt like the lady (who was a minority herself) was discriminating against my family and me. Didn’t have a membership at the time and was told by her, “you can’t shop here unless you’re a member, which is a lie. You would just be charged a “surcharge” is what I told her. (She didn’t think I knew) The worse part is, she was training someone- and both kept whispering, very unprofessional. I didn’t want to become a member, but it was like she was forcing me to be a member because we had a good amount of groceries. (The way she came off was like we couldn’t offered it) The story is longer, but if I didn’t want to become a member, and would have rather spend the extra (surcharge) that’s my money. Not too mention, she looked stuck up and miserable and really didn’t even know how cash a person out that wasn’t a “member!” BJ’s do better with your employees, please. Every time I go there, I end up spending a good amount of money.

Thank you so much to the tire service department crew. I was nervous at first since my appointment was during my lunch hour. It is tough to find a team that works together so well and gets the job done as promised. You can’t beat the the service, prices, and the free tire rotations! Great job guys.

Ample parking. Seems less updated than the other local whole warehouses and could have better management. Aside from that, it’s decently stocked and clean.

Great price on food if you shop in bulk as we do store needs to put more registers some people take way to long lol but other than that even the bakery is good!

It was not very crowded. There was a wide selection of goods, everything from clothing, electronics to food. My only minus is that I wish someone had looked over the raspberries before putting them up for sale because they were all moldy, every box. The rest of the fruits however looked delicious. I can see myself spending lots of time looking at things here. There's such great prices on lots of items, lots of brand names!

Club always has good stock. Decent staffing. They lose stars because they are not as updated as their competition, Sam's 5 minutes away. bathrooms feel like you are stepping into a dirty gas station bathroom from the 80's.For an established business this is sad.

Horrible delivery service that they claim is done by a third party. Their fruit looks like it came from a gas station. The delivery order never went through although they attempted to charge me anyway. Their customer service nis a joke. Ending my membership. Going to Sam's.

Bj's wholesale club in Wappingers New York treats their hard working employees like they don't mean nothing to them. Keia in Bakery is Awesome!!!!!! She's the only one I want to write on my cake . She is Awesome!!!!!! If BJ's wholesale club got rid of Keia, I would never shop there again.

So unhappy with the service I received. I tried taking advantage of their online ordering process yesterday, and spent about $100 on my grocery order. In the time it took to submit the order (maybe 6 minutes?) the time slot I selected was no longer available, and I could pick it up today at the earliest. Oh well, out of everyone's control and it was the evening.Today my wife was told our order was moved to YORKTOWN because "one or more item was unavailable". Why bother selecting my store if the available items aren't available? When she called customer service, they relayed that "you don't know if somethings unavailable until you confirm the order. At that time your order is sent to the closest store". Yeah AFTER you pay for it. What's equally frustrating is, she was told the order would not be canceled until after we "Failed" to pick the order up, and it would take 5 days for the refund to process. So now I'm buying groceries AGAIN with the BJ's charge, hoping they follow through on the refund. Any sort of credit would have been taken with gratitude (nothings perfect and things happen) but was pretty much all shoulders and a simple "I completely understand, sorry for the inconvenience. I will say that, although the rep was unable to help, she as an individual was very polite.Extremely unhappy. We will be canceling our membership. (The one we JUST GOT. This was our first and only BJ's experience.)
