“We had the absolute priviledge of working with Lauren Fitzmaurice and Kayleigh Avery for two family weddings for our children; one as Mother of the Bride and, because we couldn’t imagine planning a wedding without them, we returned as Mother of the Groom. They are consummate professionals, incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in handling the seemingly endless details involved, with superb vendor contacts and so fun, responsive and easy to work with. For our first wedding with them, they managed in a single day a Hindu ceremony, followed by a vegetarian lunch, followed by a Catholic ceremony and a full dinner service and dancing under the tent in a lovely Hudson Valley setting – with weather day challenges and set-up changes throughout the day! We were not stressed and had a joyful day because we knew Lauren and Kayleigh had it all under control.
For our recent Catskill wedding, they scouted venues, thoughtfully and skillfully negotiated the venue contract, sourced a fantastic, full-service caterer, Main Course Catering in New Paltz to create and serve a full vegan menu of extraordinary appetizers and dinner entrees. Every detail of the wedding honoring the wishes of this couple so well planned and executed, as every couple and every wedding is unique – they truly made our children’s weddings as perfect and as memorable as one could wish for. They are ever present, working and smiling throughout the weekend, tending to all the details so the wedding couple and their families can simply enjoy, and take it all in!
