Genuinely don’t know why some reviews are so negative. This was my first time at this branch, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Went in for a certified check and name change. The teller was knowledgeable quick and effective (wish I got her name). Meghan helped me with the name change and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes, maybe less! By far the best banking experience I’ve had at a branch before. Will definitely be using this branch exclusively!

I banked at Chase in the past and I felt like I received good customer service when I first applied for an account here. However after doing that, I was not completely satisfied anymore. The reason I felt that way was because this bank has stricter rules and charges for maintaining an account as compared to other local banks in my area of Dutchess County.They penalized me for eventually closing my account with them too early.

I gave one star because I did not have the option to give zero. How and why this branch is still open is beyond me. No one ever answers the phone, and in those extremely rare moments when someone does, they are useless. "Let me transfer you to the back office" is the go-to answer. Then the call is transfer to an automated system where you "press one" "press two" until you are blue in the face. Chase should seriously close this branch because its useless!

Rik, the branch manager, is as competent a bank employee as can be! He’s professional, patient, knowledgeable and nice on top of it all! His fellow employees are always nice & will greet me by my name. My transactions are always handled quickly and efficiently.

Extremely slow service inside the branch. Waited 30 minutes before someone could help, even though 3 employees in cubical were not helping anyone else or on the phone. When called to ask a question on the phone the call was ended after 30 seconds of waiting with an automatic message saying “try again later”. I’m confused why there was no hold? However, when the call was finally answered (after calling back 6 times) the employee was short, rude, impatient and was on the phone call a total of 15 seconds with me. Banking at ANY other branch would be better.

Meeting a new low of providing "customer service" during these very difficult times. Was waiting to make a payment at the drive thru and was the last car in line. The transaction in front of me took an inordinate amount of time for a simple issue. ( How do I know? was able to hear the entire conversation between the teller and customer from my car). Instead of checking that there was one last car waiting they just pulled the blinds. No answering the call bell or picking up the phone when the branch was called. So now you will charge me a late fee without batting an eye. And make it next to impossible to speak to anybody who in authority to deal with my complaint or institute a policy change that might result in improved customer service and satisfaction. Chase in reality you could careless about your small customers and how you treat them. It was generations of "small customers" that allowed you to grow into what you are today. But that seems to escape your thought process or business plans of today.Take your business (both personal and business) to a local credit union! You will be treated with respect both as a human and a customer. And at least get somebody to direct your call or a place to leave a message to speak with a live human being.

The branch manager Rick and his team always go above and beyond to take care of any of my baking needs very pleased with the service. I recommend this branch to anyone looking for the personal touch and good people.

almost 30 min. waiting at the drive thru. they took 15 min with only the 1 car in front of me, and then they shut the window in my face. I would give them zero stars if i could. Other banks have a cut off at the end of the line and finish dealing with the customers that have been waiting.absolutely horrible especially during a time when people are trying to pay mortgages, get money for utilities, and everything else.
