My friend dropped of vehicle over 3 months ago for repairs and still no vehicle. When speaking with Steve he has no time line on when repairs will be completed. He has a very bad attitude toward his customers, as if he is doing them a favor. The whole operation is very shady, consumers be careful and do not use this business.

Last year dropped a tire off to be repaired before 9am, they said would be done by end of day. Stopped by to pick it up & it was where I left it, flat as ever!!!! When I asked about their attitude was to bad basically.

My work van was about to throw a tire and I was lucky enough to be driving by their shop when I had to stop. They took me in right away and had me back on the road the next morning. Great work, great price, and very cool people. Will definitely go there from now on.

Amazing people here! Our car was wobbly and we pulled in a bit desperate. Even though they don't really do cars (they are for trucks, vans, ambulances, etc), they offered to help. It was amazing. They found the culprit - a tire bulge ready to blow out - and even offered to put on our spare for us. We'd gone way too far on it already, and are lucky it didn't blow out. The guys at Compass were so nice they could not leave (with 2 kids in the car) and risk the drive to a car-tire shop down the road. Just cannot say enough good things. They were fast, ethical, friendly, and good at their job (and as human beings!)
