The associate who helped me at the Wappingers Fall location was TERRIFIC. Especially with me having a bum knee hobbling around, he was terrific. He showed me the ins and out. Ron is his name I believe. I hope that’s it. But he was there yesterday Monday 2/02

EXCELLENT customer service. Ron was So friendly and helpful.Storage unit is SPOTLESS. Easy in and out. Would rent here over and over again if need be!!!!
