I was experiencing grief and loss leading to economic hardship and the owner was very kind and generous throughout this process. I was unemployed and alone and my car was my only form of transportation and he allowed me to not only pay a small deposit to get my car fixed, but he did not charge me storage fees while I got the remaining balance together. I am so grateful. The work was done quickly and it looks like I was never even in an accident at all. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for collision repair in the area. A small business that looks out for its community!

Robert was very nice very professional. He never rushed me and gave me a very fair price. And I'm getting my car done in a week. Beware beware Action Automotive in Wappingers do not go there. He only deals with cash. He did not want to accept my insurance check. Shady overpriced and very very poor work. I picked up my car had a problem with a cracked windshield that they covered and within a couple of months I had a problem with my airbag no horn and that cost me more money to beware beware Action Automotive stay away from them. DC Collision I recommend highly
