Had to deal with an employee who was rude to me as I asked for a simple request which was to get three balloons three! Not three hundred and I was being as polite as possible and she says to me oh there are balloons that were recently made and I was in shocked that she said that like I’m not going to dig around a bunch of balloons just to find three that I need that might not be there and to add insult to injury she straight up says to me why don’t you look because I don’t see you looking and that’s when my temper flared up and I said to her if it’s a problem then I will go to a different store and get balloons she didn’t say anything after that as much as I would love to go to a manager and complain about her attitude I doubt that anything will be done I’m so fed up with being disrespected it’s bad enough that I gotta face some rude people where I work but now I gotta treated badly as a customer not going to happen anymore

There are min customers waiting online one cashier. They have the worst service ever. Claudia was called to come to help. She never came out. Claudia should be fired.

Waiting on my turn to pay for my items and I noticed how the dark tall cashier was rolling his eyes and was so rude the person before me. My turn and the guy is all attitude , this guy is one eye roll away from a possession, someone need to check up one him

Convenient pharmacy, glad they take more insurances than Walgreens. Most of the staff are soo nice and kind. I do wish that when they gave children’s liquid medicines they also include an oral syringe (a plus if it were the appropriate size for the dose).

I had to deal with a nasty and rude black woman with red hair cashier. I wanted to buy a slim jim and she threw it to the side like I was the worst person in the world. She try to rush me out of the store because according to her with an attitude “the food was expired I can’t sell it to you”. So instead of saying you should go get another one she just rushed me out of the store like I didn’t matter as a customer. She needs an attitude adjustment and if she can’t attend to customers with respect then she shouldn’t have taken her the job.
I will speak to a manager the next time I go to the store because I had to get back to work.

I like going to the Dollar Tree but the one in Wappinger Falls is so disorganized always a mess only one cashier the lines are long they really need to step it up I go to the one in Poughkeepsie it's very organized they have two cashiers or more

Clean store and a good selection. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I skip the one in fishkill just to go to this location. I also like how big it is, most dollar trees are tiny and cluttered this one is not.

I SEE BLACK DUDE
So me and my family went to the dollar tree everything was going fine. We just bought our stuff but until we went to the cash register till we see that Black man he starred Sean into my brother saying stop he looks very frustrated and then after that we talk to the manager and he was very nice and he said he was gonna have a little chat with him, so I rather not come to this place ever again well, W Manager
