This is close by my house.They have great coffee, donuts and bagles. The bacon is to die for, their chai latte us great as well. But their eggs, in general, not the best.This branch has the nicest people, Sabrina is wonderful.

Not only can they never get a simple coffee order correct which isn't rocket science, but today I went and got my normal drink and sandwich as I do always. Today, at 10:18 AM. No one in front of me at the drive-through I didn't get my stuff until 10:39! 21 minutes to make a friggen sandwich and a coffee!!???? I was honestly amazed but confused how something so simple took 21 minutes to make! It's hard to comprehend how it could possibly take that long for two items! Amazed! On the bright note though, coffee was actually made correctly! Save you time and go anywhere but this one

The drive-thru moves pretty quickly, but if you go inside to order, or even pick up your mobile order, you’re going to be late for wherever you’re going. They move slower than molasses.

I really love this Dunkin, every time I go and get a cup of coffee iced/hot it always tastes fresh and exactly how I asked for it. I enjoy their wake up wraps when I am in a hurry to get to work and get the kids on the bus and didn’t have time to make myself something to eat. The wraps are light on the belly and again freshly made each time I go. The women and men at the drive through are always pleasant and friendly. Greeting with a good morning what can we get for you. If you are in this area I suggest going this Dunkin and trying their latest flavors that never disappoint. Great location.

I really wanted a hot cup of coffee and I pay almost 3 dollars for it. Drive away in about 2 miles down the road I try it and it’s from a burnt pot. The driver of my vehicle wouldn’t turn around so I’m stuck with a hot cup of coffee, that’s totally burnt this Duncan as I’ve been told by others really leaves a lot to be desired.

This DD is very good. Friendly people, great food. Easy drive thru and good access. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don't have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don't like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don't like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.

Honestly I don't do "Dunkin", but co workers and family seem to enjoy it. This location much like the others in the area is very busy.

I really like Dunkin Donuts for the coffee and occasional scoop of ice cream. They do a very robust morning business here. It's obvious that everything is always fresh. I have always liked Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, so I was really happy to see that they started offering all their flavors in many of the DD stores. The one thing I can't get used to is how pricy it is. Was it always that way? This is clearly a remodeled so there is plenty of seating space and tables. It is big and bright with plenty of room to move around. The parking lot clearly supports the size of the store, especially with the drive through traffic in the morning. I do notice that this location is always very busy when I'm here. My wife and I go to Albany often and we stop off at a diner next door. It's almost a tradition that I bring a dozen donuts with me when I come up. As long as the team here continues to smile, remain clearly positive in the face of long lines, I will continue to support this location!
