There aren't words to express how grateful we are to Sandy and staff for teaching our little girl authentic yoga since she was 3 now turning 7. Absolutely wonderful yoga school especially for kids

They have very knowledgeable teachers who can teach many different yoga poses. They are all helpful in working with me with my injuries. They work well with all levels of ability.
