“Service man Matthew was great. Customer Service is horrible. You cannot speak with a human. It is all computers. You cannot ask questions! I have a balance $$ that I am suppose to receive but I cannot speak with a person. You only speak with a person (cannot speak English ) on your initial call. Very unhappy with customer service”
