I can't say enough good things about Frank Daniberg and his team at the Daniberg Agency with Farmers Insurance. From the very beginning, their response time has been incredibly fast—no matter the question or need, someone is always available and ready to help. Frank and his team are not only quick to respond, but also extremely diligent and thorough in their work. They make the insurance process smooth and stress-free, always ensuring that I understand my coverage and options. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend!

Extremely disrespectful staff- Frank and Bruce won't get back to you. And then you have Andrea, disrespectful, rude, and has no idea what she's doing. Go to another Farmer's Agency.

Farmers Daniberg Agency gave me a great quote that got me to switch from my insurer of 10+ years.
Two months later, I'm told the to-good-to-be-true policy Frank originated on my behalf is going to be canceled. They did offer another more expensive policy.
No thank you
The Daniberg Agency has great staff: Andrea was a pleasure to deal with, however questions, concerns, and timelines that could only be addressed by Agent Frank were most often left unchecked.
I can not, in good faith, continue or offer further business to Farmers or the Daniberg Agency.

I absolutely hate that I have to leave this review because I considered Frank a friend, but yea I agree with most of the sentiment here. They are super responsive when trying to get you to sign up but they forget about you the second you have questions. I've been chasing them down for over a month and getting the run around. Beyond frustrated.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY. Read the reviews. Frank will not return your calls or emails. You will not get help regarding your policy when you need it. It's no way to do business. I cancelled my policy and moved it to a local competitor due to lack of responses. Hard to believe people do business this way with so many choices out there. STAY AWAY!!!

Highly recommend!! Mr. Frank Daniberg and his team (Bruce, Gina, etc.) are amazing. Very professional and courteous. Not only did Mr. Daniberg give me the best price on home insurance but he also sacrificed his personal time during the holidays to make sure I got it in time.

I had heard great reviews about this agency, so I decided to stop by and speak to someone about my home insurance policy. I knew I was paying a lot but not $600 more than what I should’ve been paying. The office staff was amazing and very welcoming. I spoke with Bruce who helped me get the correct policy, and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend this agency,they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!!

Glad I read reviews for red flags before signing a policy with Frank. Reviews show a history of sending clients’ accounts into collections dating back a year up to present.Insurance agents and companies are a dime a dozen. No thank you. NEXT!
