“The bouquet was beautiful. They were ordered for Mother's Day. And as we know, the orders are overwhelming for any professional florist on these holidays. So things get passed by. I received a few limpy roses and flowers in my bouquet. It wasn't what my daughter ordered either. But the blame for not being what she ordered is on the outside website they were ordered through. Deta's were extremely pleasant to deal with and immediatally offered me a whole new bouquet. The second was beautiful. And all flowers fresh. They even added my favorite colors that were missing on the order they received. They lived up to their reviews and reputation. Customer service is everything. Especially today. Thank Deta's.
