Had. Cart full of things I was going to purchase but really needed to go to the bathroom and they refused to let me go so this store missed out on a sale due to bad customer service.

They literally sell used dead mens shoes but will not accept my daughter's American Girl dolls because they're not in original packaging. This is a junk shop/ garbage store by nature & definition. They are now extremely particular regarding what donations they'll accept. Very clean toys in perfect condition are not acceptable; threadbare plaid wool pants from 1940 go straight to their sales floor though! Garbage store ran in a garbage fashion!

Donation area is clean and organized by categories in bins. Staff is extremely helpful to guide to which bin the donation is appropriate for.

This rating is simply for the book and media section. It has been poorly organized and just all around sad. I have seen goodwill’s with their book selection neat, clean, and well cared for. Many years ago this section bloomed! I know there are a lot of books that are donated to this goodwill (I have seen them). I hope management can organize his corner a bit better.

Purchased a few items and my cashier- older woman with a neon green belt & blonde hair- was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. Made snarky comments and made me feel belittled just for placing my items on the counter.

This place is a great place to buy clothes but there is a massive downside to shopping here. The Goblin. She is a middle aged lady with eyes of anger, she cuts in line, shoves people over, pushes you out of the way. Do not approach. She will never speak expect to yell at the top of her lungs across the floor. She smells like an old person home and when you ask her to please move over she acts like she forgot how to speak english even though she yells to her husband in english all the time. I’m not even exaggerating. Be warned

Dusty, so wear a mask if allergens bother you. I found some wonderful glassware and a mid-century modern ice bucket. I will go again. Tuesdays offer additional savings.

Dropping off my donations of electronics, and clothing, and odds and ends. So easy to do. I just drove up to the donations door and barely had myself out of the vehicle when Michael came to assist. He brought a shopping cart and before you know it, not two minutes, went by when everything was out of the vehicle. Michael was a real angel

Very friendly staff. Very friendly customers. Prices super reasonable. A hop, skip from Aldi and Habitat. Great Mexican Bakery and A Tractor Supply near by as well. Great area to kill a day.
