I can say that I have been in this location since around 2017. No issues at all with the original ownership and no issues with the current ownership. The property manager is very easy to work with goes over and beyond to help you. A+ facility.

Dee was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Prime service has always treated me great. My unit was also always dry and undisturbed. Thank you for a great storage unit experience. If I ever need extra storage again, I hope and pray prime is available near me. Thank you!!!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE, THEY ARE NOT SAFE!!!! I have been a tenant of this facility since they were Guardian Storage for over 5 years. I have always felt safe in the past but I’ve recently been the victim of a theft. My units locked were cut and my storage unit was broken into. What was Prime storages response? NOTHING. They could do absolutely NOTHING for me but direct me to call the police and file a report. They are absolutely no help in the investigation, require a subpoena and even then over a month delay and submitting any logs or camera footage. I had items over $10,000 stolen from me. Again, I’ve been a tenant for years and never once felt any fear for my items with guardian storage but once prime storage took over I’ve notice large trucks coming and going as they please. Sketchy looking workers and just an absolute disgrace of a facility. Move your items if you care for them because I PROMISE you, Prime Storage doesn’t give a damn and is no help.
