Everytime I come to this Pharmacy, I am always greeted by Stephanie with a nice smile and the most helpful demeanor that one can exhibit.She is very efficient. Will go to any extreme to make sure you get the exact pharmacy medicines and directions with immediate consultation with the licensed pharmacist.Her customer service skills is beyond perfect.Because of Stephane, I will always be a customer at the Hannaford Pharmacy.

I have to say I would not go anywhere else. Not too long ago, my husband had coverage only through the VA. No dental coverage there. His dentist prescribed medication and the VA would only fill prescriptions they wrote. So we were in a fix. How do we get the meds at a price we can afford? Sometimes the medication costs can be hundreds of dollars! Hannaford had a program we signed up for and we got the medication at a reasonable price. Now I find they always look out for you. If they can find a way to make medication more affordable to you they will. Their staff is always looking out for you.

Usually this pharmacy is pretty good but I had a knee operation done in the morning, the doctor sent them in himself with a confirmed time stamp of 12:46 P.M. for pain meds for me which I was supposed to start taking at 2:30, we were calling the pharmacy andthey said it wasn't there so we asked them to give us a call when it finally arrives so we can pick them up. They never bothered calling us. We found out the medication was there this morning when we started our phone calls again at 9 AM. They confirmed that they had filled the prescription at 4 PM, but they never bothered calling me.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to after stop and shop pharmacy closed, When Laura and Stephaney came to that pharmacy I switched to Hannafords and I will go no where else

All in all, it's your average supermarket; not bad but definitely not great. Selection is usually pretty good, but many things go out of stock for weeks at a time. My most recent trip yesterday further amplifies my decision to take the trip to Adam's for deli meats. This is the 3rd time I've opened up the bag to find "meat" that is falling apart. It was a standard slicing, so it should come apart whole. Couldn't even pull this apart for my sandwich. Absolute joke. Not taking any more chances with the Hannaford deli counter.

Worst pharmacy ever.. Will NEVER use again. Scripts are NEVER ready even when they say they are. You wait on line in the store then they tell you it'll be ready in 30 min.... Not to mention extremely rude staff! Avoid this pharmacy..

Almost a year, and they still cant figure out how to get both my meds filled on the same day. It takes 3 trips most times to get my scripts filled. I used to go to walgreens before them, and in the 10 years I used them I always got my meds at the same time, and the correct day. I forget to mention, they cant count either, I tried to get my meds filled after 30 days, only to be told its 2 days too early.... the incompetence is actually impressive in a way. So now my meds are 2 days apart, and I still end up needing to go 3 days since they never have enough of the one. If you have the option of which pharmacy you can use, I'd suggest using a different one then this one. The people are nice enough, but it really cant make up for the incompetence over a year. Dogs learn tricks faster then this pharmacy learns what meds they need stocked for monthly refills of recurring customers.

I had before December 1st never used Hannafords Pharmacy. I had always used Rite Aid. Lately though ,Rite Aids service had gone downhill. 3 weeks before December 1st, I had to wait online in the store for over an hour and when I finally got to the counter, it was not ready. I then waited 20 more minutes to pick up my prescription. I still had not decided to go to another pharmacy. What got me to go to Hannafords all happened on the 1st. My doctor sent a prescription into Rite Aid on Vassar Road but they were out of stock of the drug. My doctor then called my prescription into Rite Aid on route 9. They told me that they could not fill it until the 2nd. I told my doctors office this and they told me that Rite Aid was wrong to make me wait. It should be fillable on the 1st. They then recommended the Hannaford Pharmacy and had it sent into them. I went there to bring my insurance information so they could fill it. They were courteous and helpful, taking my information. They then told me that they could fill it in 15 minutes, if I would like to wait. Fifteen minutes later I had my prescription and was headed out the door. I intend now to have all my prescriptions filled at Hannafords and I would recommend them to anyone.

I frequent this Hannaford often because it is nearby where I live. However, I may not be doing that as often after my experience yesterday. Liz, the cashier, was very unprofessional and rude to me. She did not seem to care about her customers. I got on her line because the self-checkout line was too long and I had other errands to run. She was nice to everyone else in her line, except for me. I felt that I was singled-out. I have never met this person before and I didn't understand why I was given an attitude from the moment that I stepped in the line. Your workers should know that some people have a hard time hearing. Just because they say something, does not mean that it's heard. I have a hearing problem and on top of that I was having a discussion while waiting for the line to move up. I had both the cashier and the woman in front of me on line yell at me to move back when I thought the woman was done paying. I wanted to make this review, so that this doesn't happen again. Unprofessional.

Only positive thing about Hannaford is the groceries are cheap - other than that, the customer service sucks every time I go into this place. (And that's coming from someone who is a waitress). There is one cashier who is so rude every time I have to use her lane to check out. (Short, heavy set, red head) and the another older woman with dark hair and glasses who I'm assuming is some type of management. I was in self checkout one day and something needed an associates attention. She walks over with an attitude and says to me, "what'd you do?" Erm. Excuse me lmao. This location sucks, only the food is good and cheap.
