I showed up without a scheduled appointment since I had just come back from a trip and needed gel manicure, along with a regular pedicure. My husband also needed both a manicure and a pedicure. I would have appreciated it if they had let us know they couldn't take us; everything was really rushed 😓

Clean nail salon, it’s a decent place. I’ve been here multiple times because it’s close to Aldi’s. I don’t like that they started charging 3.5% if you use a credit card.

My nail tech was very good. I brought my own nail polish for color . Had a mani/pedi special that runs for 35.00 on particular days. In today’s world that price is great.

If I can give zero stars I would. This place is HIGHLY unprofessional. Would not recommend anybody to come here. Whenever you explain to them what you want and ask them to fix their mistakes they talk mess in their language among once another! Very petty and unprofessional. Do NOT go to Kim’s nails!

Never before have I had such rough manicure and pedicure. In additional my cuticles were cut too short which caused bleeding.

Stay away! Unprofessional, rude, rough( filed my big toe nail so hard, it bled. Manicure terrible. No massage
To feet until I brought it up, or massage to neck. No Stars deserved

Wonderful! Kind, thoughtful staff, and skillful nail work, wonderful massage, very reasonably priced!!! I have been to nail salons all over the Hudson Valley due to my job the last 6mos, and this has been the best experience so far!!! Thank you Kim's Nails!

Went here a couple of months ago for a pedicure and a fix for one nail.The nail turned out great, but I now have been to the doctor's due to them using dirty tools on my feet. My right big toenail can actually be seen and I have to wait for it ti grie out before I can get another pedicure.Do not go here, go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Helen and Susan are outstanding. I love their artwork and their patient service. I never feel rushed and I enjoy my time there. It definitely is a spa treatment.Services: Foot massages

Cherry was absolutely so rude, she said she’s not doing a fill because I need new nails. -I just got a new set last time from another place. She RIPPED my old set off and charged me for it!! She literally made me bleed I was in so much pain.- Which later led to an infection.
She then proceeded to pass me off the someone else because she had a client and they clearly didn’t know how to finish… I literally had to ask her to fix everything and they were getting more annoyed and aggressive on my nails. $65 for the worst full set I ever had and an infection

They where very Rude! And I paid 65$ to get a powder set. With no nail tips included. Horrible paint job and it broke off in 2 days. Sets are supposed to last at least 3 weeks.

Terrible customer service! They sat me at my chair for a pedicure and had me waiting for 1 hour!!! No one says anything, they start servicing other people that walked in after me. They don't even have the courtesy to say, hey it's busy now come back later! Nothing! Waste of my time, just terrible! And all they say is Sorry as I walk out. Never again! Zero stars.
