I have been shopping at Kohl's since they opened in Wappinger Falls.
I always found a good selection for myself and my son.
That has changed. Sephora is the focal point of the store - taking up a considerable portion of the store.
The jewelry department is now a couple of racks with costume jewelry.
The selection over-all is greatly diminished.

Have found that they don’t have the items I’m interested in. Also when I was in the store a few weeks ago I had a very rude salesperson by the name of Cynthia. I mentioned this before and no one from kohls reached out to me.

Awful staff, the jewelry department manager is a liar. All their products are extremely overpriced. Will never shop with this company let alone the location.(Update) They no longer have a jewelry department what does that tell you. Still to this day everything in their stores priced 35% above market regardless of inflation.

Great sales and selections. Love Kohls cash. Why is there now only one dressing room, though? Also, if the store used more air conditioning I'd shop longer.

I wasn't a Kohls customer much in the past, but being able to make Amazon returns at their store brought me in. They have stepped up their game! Staff available to answer questions and help. Everything neat and clean. A big variety of clothing (that's what I was shopping for.) I am so glad there is a brick and mortar store left where I can actually touch the item I'm buying before I take it home.
