Super fast and easy to book an appointment, quick service and affordable prices. I booked Ross twice and she's awesome and understood exactly what I wanted! Very nice and made changes as I requested while getting the haircut.

This was my first time here, I saw all of the five star reviews and thought this would be a great choice. But this place made me so uncomfortable I had to walk out.
A blatantly unprofessional set of circumstances quickly made it clear that this was not the stylist/establishment to trust with my hair.
This place does NOT rock.

Amazing staff and customer service! My daughter got her hair done for junior prom and her make up I had a trim they were amazing made her feel like a princess and didn’t break the bank!!! Definitely will return

Love this salon! Very professional and friendly. Moved to the area a year ago and needed a new stylist. Went to Locks That Rock and BAM…Paula is fantastic with color, cut and style. It was so wonderful to find this perfect salon and Paula!!!

Great people, amazing service. I've been coming to Tori for a while now and it's so nice in having comfort finally finding someone who can manage my very thick and "loose curls". In addition will take chances at haircuts that others won't ;)
I can't recommend Tori enough! She also from time to time will cut my son's hair(who's is just as thick but with even tighter curls) With ease making him feel comfortable in her chair giving him breaks and reassurance when needed

So disappointed, I had been to this salon in the past when my mom was alive. Karen was wonderful to my mom. I live out of state and was in town and needed a wash, blow dry and flat iron. Was told that Glade would be tcof me. Awful experience! She was rough, used a blow dry comb to dry my hair, the teeth of the dryer kept hitting my ears, I was told to sit still, Glade was super distracted with other things around her including complaining it was hot, she was too preoccupied with her surroundings and coworkers to engage with me other than tell me to sit still. When it came to flat ironing the iron was very hot and nicked me a couple of times with the iron. I saw steam coming from the iron and questioned why that was and was told that it was normal to see that with the right product. Again told not to move, I asked Glade to lower the heat and she said I was fine , I mentioned I was concerned of burning my hair and she over used product, she over did the hot iron, and ultimately burnt some of my hair that when I left I could smell the burnt hair. Very upset, big big mistake on my part for going there. Go back to beauty school.
