My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Customer service at its BEST!!! That’s how you run a successful business. We found our new tire place. Now I see why they have great ratings on Google. THANK YOU both for the great work.

I must commend Ty and Don, they took care of what I needed done on a SUNDAY, well done guys, I even notice u guys got down with the techs to move the crowd, thk u much u deserve the rating especially a Hot ? SUNDAY morning do go see these guys make ur appoints, a 5 star raing?

This Mavis location is the best! When a warning light appeared just as we were leaving for vacation, the folks at Mavis were there for us, just as they have been over the years. Having our car serviced here is more like doing business with neighbors and friends than putting ourselves in the clutches of some anodyne national chain. They really care and take real care in what they do.

Worst customer service. Made an appointment. For an inspection.. showed up..... told me the guy who can do them wasn't there....alright when is he gonna be there? Let make an appointment.... next day. Was told it would take 3 hours later from my appointment time .to see. My car .. make another appointment..show up and was and told me there was to many people in front of me..( whats the point of making an appointment).. 3 days in a row basically told me to kick rocks....

My In law's car with a tire pressure monitoring sensor problem and had repeatedly going back to Mavis to get fixed it. It's never fixed for 10+ years. He's been driving with TPMS warning light on for last 10+ years. This shop SUCKS. Fixing your car is not their concern but to rip you off. They will ask you for alignment work that they will never perform. They will upsell you a unnecessary brake job that they will not perform. At the End of day , you're out few hundred bucks a shot and the main thing is never done. The worse of the problem, they likely will cause a trouble and break something and blame on you. They will, mark my words.
I took the TPMS problem job over and gave to Sam's club. Bam Bam, 30 minutes it's fixed. IT"S FIXED in 30 minutes. NOT 10 years.
I repeatedly gave Mavis another chance to fix it , even out of my pocket more, they're just thieves. DON"T GO THERE.

Came to Wappingers shop for a re inspection made appointment but waited hours people put a head of line favoritism. Never come to this shop again bad service
