I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz Wappingers Falls dealership. Mariah, who I first spoke to was incredibly rude, constantly cutting me off and not taking the time to actually listen to my concerns. Instead of answering my main concern, she seemed more focused on rushing through the conversation. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional.
Mari, one of the advisor, consistently failed to answer phone calls, forcing every interaction to be handled through long, unnecessary email exchanges that offered no convenient or practical solutions. Instead of helping resolve the issue, her communication only made the process more frustrating and time consuming. There was also a noticeable lack of integrity and accountability throughout our interactions. She provided information that was misleading or simply untrue whenever it seemed to benefit her and the dealership, which is completely unacceptable from someone in a customer facing position.
The mechanics are nowhere near as knowledgeable as they claim to be. Instead of diagnosing the issue correctly, they kept guessing and giving me vague explanations that made no sense. After multiple attempts, the problem still wasn’t fixed, yet they acted as if they knew exactly what they were doing. Car left with wires hanging.
Their lack of expertise cost me time, money, and unnecessary frustration. I expected trained professionals, but that’s not what I got here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or competent services.

Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls
This is the fourth car I’ve purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls, and after more than 10 years with them, I can confidently say the experience is always impeccable.
This time, I went in for a basic service on my GLE and ended up driving home in a brand-new car—something I’ve never done without my husband present. That’s how easy and stress-free they made the entire process.
Their new sales team member, Jovan, was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. He made everything seamless, from working with the banks to explaining every detail clearly. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a salesperson who truly takes care of you.
And of course, Jenna, the sales manager, has always been exceptional. I’ve purchased multiple cars with her over the years, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get a fair price and something that fits my budget. Her professionalism and dedication are unmatched.
If you’re looking for a luxury car with exceptional service, look no further than Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls. You won’t be disappointed!

When I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls, I was greeted by Fiona in sales. Fiona was warm and receptive making me feel comfortable and valued as a potential customer. Fiona was also professional and competent in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the new vehicle that I was considering. After my first meeting with Fiona, I was convinced that I wanted to purchase my next car from her. Thanks to Fiona, I did not experience any of the stress or anxiety in making such a major purchase. We stopped by Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls without an appointment, worried about a possible drivetrain issue during a long road trip with our sprinter RV. Even though the service department was super busy, Peter (service advisor) and Joe (mechanic) went out of their way to fit us in and check everything for safety. That peace of mind was so worth the wait!
The waiting area was clean, comfy, and had a full coffee bar, and even water and cookies for our dogs — such a nice touch. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us out.
Huge thanks to Peter and Joe for the awesome service — you guys turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Highly recommend this dealership!

I recently had the pleasure of leasing my first Mercedes-Benz from MB of Wappingers Falls. I worked with Vinny throughout the entire process, and his standard of giving excellent service is worth highlighting. A very straightforward sales experience, with only 1 visit to the dealership needed to test drive and discuss lease options. When it came time to take delivery of my car, he even drove to MB of Danbury to ensure that the process was seamless, and gave a very thorough demonstration of all the tech and features in my CLA250! A great experience overall

I received a “service campaign” letter from Mercedes about an issue with my sprinter. WARNING This is code for schedule a “free” computer upgrade to repair a problem that doesn’t exist. Mercedes of Wappingers is of course part of the scam. They programmed a $5000.00 problem into my van and then call with me the bad news. My van was running smoothly prior to bringing it to Mercedes of Wappingers. The scam artists thought they had me. I refused the work, picked up my van and brought to a mechanic who is much smarter than they are and now everything is back to normal.
After leaving I found out two other friends of mine brought their vans for work to be done and one was estimated $3k and the cost rose to $7k and the other started at $7k and rose to $14k.
If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. I was lucky to escape the scam.
Your response is worthless as was your rip-off bs attempt at trying to extort 6k out of my pocket for a problem that didn’t exist before you got your hands on my vehicle.

Disappointed by Poor Coordination and Service Attitude
I scheduled an emission recall (software update) appointment online for 3:30 PM today. I arrived early at 3:05 PM after driving 35 miles, but the dealership had no record of my appointment. I had to repeat all the details before being directed to the service desk.
The advisor seemed rushed and told me the update would take 2 hours—despite Mercedes-Benz’s website stating it should take around 30 minutes. He then asked me to reschedule, clearly eager to close for the day.
I left without the service being done and had to drive another 35 miles home. A total waste of time and effort. I expected better coordination and professionalism from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Very disappointed after so many years of being a customer of this location. The customer service representative Adrianna very rude and unprofessional. Put me on hold with no notice and talking sarcastically to me on the phone. This dealership should make sure their customers receive high quality service like before. Very disappointed!

I recently purchased an E450 and had an excellent experience working with Yotam, my sales consultant. From the start, he was completely transparent, patient, and informative, which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Even though I came from Ohio, the entire team at this dealership made it well worth the trip. Chris, the sales manager, and his team were also fantastic—professional, helpful, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend both Yotam and Chris if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

I purchased my brand new 2025 GL450 with Wappinger Falls and all aspects of the sale process went exceedingly well. The problems began when the first service of the vehicle was due. There is lack of communication with the service department and a lack of integrity and common courtesy. Devin, was my tech and was often incommunicative. At the end of the service I was left without transportation after he promised to deliver the car. It appears that Mercedes Benz of Wappinger Falls pulls out all the stops for purchases but are more than lacking in their service department. Sadly, this is a management issue and their staff isn’t equipped to tend to the type of clientele that the Mercedes brand attracts.
