“We got hit hard by the tornado that hit in our area of Pine Bush/Walker Valley Road. We had no power and there were trees down on our road. When I check our propane tanks, we were almost out. With the storm being catastrophic, I knew we were going to be with out power for a long time. I called Porco Energy the next morning thinking it would be days before they would come. They assured me they would come right away since I am an existing customer of theirs. ( Our existing customers come first ) they told me. They were unable to get to the house because of a downed tree ( A large one ). But, that didn't stop them! My husband cut some limbs off of the tree so they could drive underneath it to get to us. The truck barley fit with about 5 inches to spare. I truly believe that if it were anyone else they would have turned around. I highly recommend becoming a customer of Porco Energy. “I had a Generac 24KW Generator installed in 2021. They did an outstanding job of installing at 500 Gallon buried propane tank then hooking it up to my generator.I just recently converted my boiler to propane and used the existing buried tank to feed in the boiler. Although another plumber hooked up the furnace, Star Gas came out to my house to ensure the gas line was hooked up correctly (it was), and I am now on automatic delivery with them. OUTSTANDING customer service! I'm glad I went with them.”

“Not sure why the negative reviews unless management has changed recently. This store is clean and neat and I didn't have to wait to get served. This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms.Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge.Overall a very pleasent experience.”
