We've been utilizing this location since our move to the area in 2015 and they've exceeded our expectations every time. The pharmacy personnel have always been very accommodating to us and the store staff have been over accommodating to us as well and we can't say enough positive things about them. Thank you so much for being available for our family.

Pharmacy is a joke!! I tried to get a COVID test and they make you jump through hoops. On top that try to act like it’s not their fault that quest diagnostics won’t accept my id number of my insurance. Hey geniuses you are partnered with them you are just as responsible as they are.

Courteous staff. Store is well stocked and organized with clean bathrooms. Private room for vaccinations with kid friendly pharmacist.

My birthing center sent over my prescription for my glucometer kit, and three times I went over to pick it up and was told, “No, it’s not here”. Not once did the pharmacy staff even attempt to troubleshoot the issue and see why they weren’t able to find my prescription. I wanted to know if it was this location or my birthing center’s office making the mistake, so I had my midwives send the prescription over to Target’s pharmacy. They were able to fill it within 20 minutes.I wish that I knew this before wasting my week waiting for them to get my very important prescription filled. Don’t even bother calling because you won’t get an answer.

I see some lower reviews, so I'm not quite sure if they have the correct store number, but my personal experience for Wappingers-(Feb 2022-) has been awesome! It's a very clean store, the associates always greet me coming in, items seem to be pretty well stocked, and the pharmacy staff is great. The RPH and technicians go above and beyond and are very helpful and I can always get thru via phone with any questions! Thanks so much!!!! Be safe!&

Very long waiting times at the pharmacy. Need to hire more people. One person can’t handle the drive up and the instore pharmacy both.

The young lady Rodina at the pharmacy counter went above and beyond and explained why she called my house to let me know about my co -pay and then offered me the option of using a drug prescription program that saved me some money and told me it would be on file for future use. Very knowledgeable and compassionate and super polite . Nice to have a caring consultant and also very knowledgeable. Made my day !!

The main store is well run, you're usually greeted when you enter, the shelves are faced off and in general the store looks great. The robocall that informs you that your prescription is ready works well. It's the pharmacy that's often a disaster. It seems they are understaffed. One cashier to cover the drive up window and the indoor counter. I scanned a prescription last Tuesday. No refills available. It said they would contact the doctor. An E-mail said it would be ready by 1:15 pm. NBD, I had a few pills left. The rest of the week I was busy. Saturday, I Called back. Some mumbo-jumbo about how it went to the central office and didn't come in yet. The person on the phone said they had it in stock and I could Pick it up in 10 minutes. There was a mini-blizzard. I wasn't that desperate. Today went smoothly. Yippee

The pharmacy staff does the best they can do being short staffed. It's not right when I see customers yelling at them. Treat them the way you want to be treated. Thank you

It's not the fault of the pharmacy technicians, but this pharmacy is out of stock on basic items like insulin needles, you can't get a person on the phone, orders are held up for long periods of time. I understand that this is the world we live in now, but upper management needs to fix this. This is unacceptable. Especially, since many of our elderly don't have resources to go to the drug store and it puts extra pressure on caregivers like me who have to drive 45 minutes to get medications to my elderly parent. I feel like we live in a third world country. The technicians have been nothing but helpful and friendly and I feel for them for being put in this position.
