Visited this gas station tonight @ approximately 7 pm and filled my tank up . Went inside to ask the clerk for the receipt and enquired why is it that the pump does not automatically print a receipt. The clerk response was “ I don’t know, I only work here “ and wanted to argue with me . The owner of this Shell gas station needs to talk to this employee about his nasty unprofessional attitude. I can go fill my tank elsewhere where I get better customer service.

Basically lost $20 from this place. I gave the cashier $30 cash to use pump #6 for gas, I go to fill up, the pump isn’t working. I go back inside, the cashier tells me he put the money to pump #4 and that the car there used the money and left. He said there’s nothing he can do. I leave and come back and all he can offer is $10 from his pocket, even though he was the one who put the money in the wrong pump. Went back the next day (since this was around midnight) and told the supervisor the situation, which she was already aware of, she said she’ll look at the cameras. Came back later that afternoon, she said it wasn’t the employee’s fault and wouldn’t give the extra $20 back. Had nothing to say when questioned on why the employee gave the $10 back in the first place (indicating the employee made the mistake, not me). I’ve never been blamed for an employee’s mistake as a customer, except now at this place.
