“Definitely a wonderful experience! If I could give more stars, I would. I came in there for a sound issue I was having. The new Manager, Jeff K, made me feel so comfortable to walk in and talk about what it could be. The whole team he had really helped too! Anyway - he was recommending that fix on the issue, but in doing so - it may interfere with another part. Regardless he explained the process, was very polite, and let’s be honest - this environment can make a woman feel uncomfortable- not this time! Thank you Jeff at Firestone! Even though he was short handed (which I know the store has been dealing with that) - he communicated through the process and timing and was able to take care of me. Car sounds so much better!”
