I went to myFirst class for puppy training . I parked in the back there was no garbages and myDog had to use the bathroom so i cleaned up after which took time as it was a long drive and walked to the front door . I was greeted by an angry owner who berated me for being late and wanted to argue after I mentioned I couldn't find a trash can visibly. She wanted to me to walk into community dumpster which I wasn't sure I could use. After being yelled at I took me and my dog back home after driving thirty minutes to get there. I'm getting a refund this isn't how you treat anyone who is doing business with you. I wonder how they treat the dogs let alone their owners.

Looking for breeding advice on a particular breed and was given the time to explain the integrity of keeping each breed "pure" and not create designer breeds, as many are available online. TY @Pat for taking the time to explain. It makes perfect sense now!

As a first time dog owner I really learned so much from Top Notch! Pat, Aggie and Stephanie are so supportive and they really want everyone to succeed. I love their approach. It’s clear how much they care about and understand dogs. I highly recommend Top Notch!

My pup Whidbey and I just completed the puppy training class and are looking forward to basic obedience in the fall. I would recommend Top Notch to anyone looking to strengthen their relationship with their dog and help him / her to be a good dog citizen!
