Just visited the store in Wappingers Falls. The staff was great but the men's bathroom looks like a bomb went off. Absolutely disgusting. Toilet doesn't flush, there is fecal matter on the seat - really disgusting.

TRUCKERS: a note until pics come through. It's only 1 entrance/exit. Turn from traffic lane. Just keep straight and you'll see dock. Move your tandems all the way forward, if can, to Exit. Be safe!

Very disappointing the horrible conditions the petwash area was in, i mean its the General Manager’s fault, literally NO bathing products left, equipment was in the worst shape, broken or rusted. Failure on the General Manager/ inventory ordering manager, especially when they raised the price. Should’ve demanded my money back.

They're always nice and the store is always well organized. It's nice to see them always checking in on the chicks and ducklings to make sure they're ok. They never look neglected and that says alot. I bought tomato seeds from them months ago, and they're beautiful and healthy plants now. I got kindof agoraphobic during covid, but I really don't mind going to this store- I actually look forward to it!

Patricia Mann, George, the manager George, and the young man Eric made my trip a complete pleasure and easy. So friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable with everything. Because of all of them I will be sure to be coming back on a regular basis. They even assisted putting heavy items into my truck without being asked, which was a huge help. Employees like them is why the store will continue to grow and customers will be coming back. Thank you all for the assistance and making my day great!
