These folks are just the most patient and helpful around. I wish every single transaction I had to make everywhere was as smooth and easy as it is here. The people working here are always wonderful

Purchased some motorcycle Parts for $1600.00. The gentleman shipped them from this store and had them package
The parts up. One of the employees put the wrong label on different boxes and I received a small box with a Stanley cup in it. Label even shows it’s supposed to be a 20x20x20 box weighing 35lbs. The claims lady at the store says she doesn’t know what employee did it and doesn’t know how to look up what else was shipped that evening to see what got mixed up. UPS won’t do anything cause they say it’s on the store to file a claim and investigate. Now I’m out $1600.00 and have no parts. I’ve called everyday since and no help is offered, just told the same things. Nobody cares it was their fault.

This location in @Wappingers Falls, NY , sets the bar high. Their dedication, knowledge, and personalized service to the community, should be the model UPS Store for all other locations. I live in Fishkill now, and still travel here , because they are Simply the Best!

I have been to this location in Wappinger Falls about 3-4 times. I don’t understand the negative reviews unless most are putting them under the wrong store. They always were kind young or not. I never had an issue. They pack and do everything. I dropped my U-Haul no issue there. Today I went to this location after the actual rude UPS in FishKill did not have their notary there for a notary service. The woman did it no issue and with pleasure and she DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME!!! That was so kind! I def like this location and continue to go here even if it means driving a little farther ! Thank you for your service !

My advice to someone who has to send the package or receive a package do not use u. P, s, they are literally the worst they lose. Your packages don't have any answers for you. It's just the freaking worst. I suggest to go to your local postal service.I use fedex or something else, but ups is literally the worst every time I use them something happen. Last time I use these dummies

Came to drop off an Amazon return but arrived 10 min before they closed bc i got out of work late. There were 4 guys inside, looked like they were done cleaning. the guy gave me a lame excuse that they couldn't scan the Amazon code at that time. I'm sure it was just an excuse bc they were ready to close.

WARNING - do NOT utilize or support this business. They will steal from you if given the opportunity, particularly if you might be elderly or vulnerable. Obviously, would give this so-called “business” ZERO stars if possible.
On Thursday, July 25, my parents sought to ship a package of important items, including some of sentimental, priceless value. Of course, once the employee(s) learned of this, and insurance was adding to the shipping costs, the package immediately went “missing.” I followed the tracking number from the moment my parents left the store, and the item never even made it onto a truck for transport or delivery. “UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.” For days the store assured my parents that all was “ok” and “normal,” that it was just a tracking error, and that the package would be delivered. This delay was critical in allowing these criminals to get away with it. When my parents finally returned in-person to the store on Tuesday, July 30, the employee(s) could do nothing but plead ignorance. They would not even process the insurance claim for my parents, telling them to do it themselves. This is especially insulting since we don’t even need or want the money, we want the sentimental and priceless items we entrusted to their care. Then, to add insult to injury, the store has ignored all written communications sent as a matter of law to their email address. Considering the value of items is $1000 or more, this means grand larceny, which you think they would want to avoid. This is now being escalated to UPS Legal (and/or all other appropriate departments) and, if necessary, criminal law enforcement. As previously written directly to the store:
“The sentimental value of its contents renders the insurance useless.
I will also note here, for the record, the fact that this package was insured for $1000 raises further suspicions that it was diverted, misappropriated, or in other words stolen, by an employee and/or someone at an employee's direction, with the expectation by said employee that we, the customers, would simply file a claim to be paid the insurance by UPS without asking any questions, while said employee criminally benefits from the theft of this package. In which case said employee (or employees) have defrauded both us, the customer, and UPS, as employer.
PRESERVATION NOTICE / LEGAL HOLD: all employees and contractors with any connection to UPS Store #6275 from Thursday, July 25, 2024 to the present - including but not limited to anyone who had responsibility for or contact with the package intended for tracking number [redacted] - shall take all necessary steps to preserve information related in any way to this Preservation Notice/Legal Hold in its original format and location and will not modify, delete or destroy such information. This shall include, but not be limited to, surveillance and/or security footage from all areas of UPS Store #6275 on the dates identified above. Such employees and contractors must also notify the UPS Legal Department of the nature and location of any and all such information.
In other words, you now have a responsibility to forward this to your Legal Department. Perhaps now you will all be a little more motivated to find what you lost.
Quite naturally, this is sent with a reservation of all rights and remedies, at law or in equity, civil or criminal, with respect to all these matters.
Do we have your attention now?”
