First off! Don’t drop in mailing bin because items will not scan in for at least 2-3 days! Not sure why staff is so lazy that they can’t simply scan in items same day! And don’t expect anything to ship out fast! Normally items scan out 3/4 days after dropping off! Employees are very nice but clearly lazy!

Had an appointment today to get my passport for the first time and it was a great experience. I was helped by Anthony who made the process really simple and he was very thorough in explaining what to expect. I definitely recommend him.

If you want your passport done right, go see Anthony at the Wappingers Post Office! I went the week before Christmas to renew my passport (I know, not great planning on my part - forgive me post office!!) and they were super busy. Only 2 employees were on at the time. Anthony and another good guy. I had pre-filled out the application online and had it printed out for him (saves a lot of time). The process went very efficiently, and Anthony is the man! He flawlessly knew how to do everything and explained certain info, and in the process saved me some money on deciding on delivery times for my passport and paperwork. Anthony is friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great experience!

I d been go the wappingers post office many times and everybody was super courteous and respectful , but today Anthony was amazing attending us and with so much patience , we need more workers like that !
