This store is a complete nightmare! The thing behind the counter has ZERO communication skills yet, it claims to be a manager. Super unprofessional. The thing kept blaming the photo kiosk for not knowing that they were backed up (you can’t even make this up) & couldn’t get to my 4 4x6 photos that were supposed to be done in minutes. I waited an hour. Left without my photos because the common sense was lacking in the brain & It just wasn’t comprehending what I was saying.A manager should atleast try to be understanding and apologetic especially if they are in the wrong & not just blaming a kiosk. They must have been picking names out of a hat that day for the managers position.

They consistently only have one cashier in photography. You can wait upwards of a half hour to check out. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!!! ?

There is a very negative presence at this location and the reviews are confirmation of that . It is surprising that the corporate office is not doing something about , unless of course if they just don't care either . I will never shop at this Walgreens again. Only one register open on a busy weekend and when I asked if another associate could help me , he could not stop to engage. He kept on walking like I was not even there or like I was bothering him by asking a question . No eye contact at all My cashier did extend good customer service but the other associate on the sales floor (male with curly hair and glasses) was beyond rude , did not help me at all, and let the phone ring and ring and ring while doing absolutely nothing but walk in circles in the store . I observed this with my own eyes . His attitude is where he fell short. Very sad to see.

Just a suggestion: if the woman at the pharmacy counter can't handle it perhaps the manager could be aware of things in his/her store & place an additional employee? One person cannot handle the drive-up & the counter. How do I know this? Because I stood there for over 15 minutes with an appointment with zero acknowledgment while 3 cars pulled up & we're assisted and while another in-store customer leaned on the counter waiting for his Rx. Perhaps he could have been asked to step aside so the next person in line could at least be acknowledged? Store inventory not bad but not my first problem at the pharmacy.

I wanted to buy one item. Got screamed at by the older woman behind the register to go to photo to checkout while there’s a line of ten people. Besides the photo guy that was checking people out seemingly in slow motion, there was an additional 3 people standing behind the counter chit chatting. I wait for 20 minutes for one item. Meanwhile someone called the store inquiring about baby formula and the guy was incredibly rude and curt. In total there were 5 associates hanging out and we couldn’t get one to open a register!? At least have a self checkout then. I understand if their short handed but there was at least 5 workers hanging out in the front. Unreal.

I go to the Walgreens branch located in the village of Wappingers Falls. Once in a while I've gone there to grab something and then be in and out quickly.The main reason I go to Walgreens is because my insurance only gives me the choice of using Walgreens or Walmart Pharmacy. I chose Walgreens because it's more convenient for me and it's not crowded. However, I had CVS in the past and I would go back to them in a heartbeat but I can't.Honestly, I don't like the drive-thru at Walgreens because it's a long wait for whatever reason.My biggest gripe is that the Walgreens Pharmacy is not open as many hours as other pharmacies and that can be difficult to fit into everyone's schedules.

Called to talk to pharmacy regarding insurance information for a new prescription. Was on hold for over 5 minutes with message saying that the pharmacy was helping other customers. The phone started to ring when it was my turn. The phone was ringing over ten times with no one answer the phone and then the line was disconnected.

UPDATE: Now I'm being trolled by either this man's affiliate or even Cole himself. I reached out to Yelp and blocked him/her. Clearly, they don't handle reviews well.

Why must you be “cat called” by that beast of a female manager; she’s always calling you “hun.” Please stop. It’s disgusting coming from you; let alone it’s not warranted. She’s also rude; and her voice is obnoxious.With that being said; it’s local and I’m loyal. Plus I never had an issue with the property.

I don't know her name, but the short old lady with the fried hair is absolutely horrendous. Sour attitude, zero help, and just a miserable waste of an employee. I know we all might be going through some stuff, but my God I am not your punching bag. I won't be returning.

I will never patronize this location again. After 2 months of back and forth to get my insulin covered (which no one at the pharmacy would call my doctor about and spoken matter of fact to me that it was my responsibility) I was told today my insurance still wouldn't cover my meds even though my doctor told me the authorization was submitted and the drug was approved. I hung up the phone on the pharmacy because I was so frustrated being told I should call my insurance. I had the perspection switched to the location on Freedom Plains Rd and they gave me absolutely no issues picking up my meds same day. The level of customer service at this location is poor. I don't wish it on my worst enemy. I went without my insulin for 2 months because this pharmacy couldn't listen or go the extra mile.

Old lady at the register was so rude to my friend and I who just went in to get squishmallows, called us greedy for only buying one. I tried to get her to give me a coupon I had and was trying to show it to her that it was 20% off, she complained about how she couldn’t see my phone and that she’s not allowed to touch it lol, don’t go to work or even accept the job if ur still so afraid of catching covid. Calling your costumers greedy and being mean to them is ridiculous.

Took covid test at drive through. Vial cap fell and was lost. Girl was rude screaming at me to find it. Told her she was being rude and she said " what are you going to do about it" Found cap it was filthy. Asked if test could be contaminated. Said too bad. If I wanted another test come back anthoner day and hung up on me. Rang bell again because I still needed prescription she didn't provide. It was a manager. Asked the girls name who hung up on me. Said he couldn't provide it. No one could tell me if test would be accurate since contaminated. We are in a pandemic and the lack of of safety protocol is astounding. Was told to go into the store to speak with store manager. I said I might have covid. No one cared. Manager said he could not help bc he did not know about covid and was not there when I spoke to pharmacy. He said file a complaint with corporate but nothingwould be done bc the complaint would just go back to him. Unreal. Get your covid test elsewhere.
