Had bed delivered and a couple walls got damaged during delivery. The guys apologized and filled out accident form. I called and then sent pictures to Barb, she advised to get estimates amd submit. I ended having to fix it myself due to wait time for repairs. They paid for all.my supplies and some money was added for my time. Accidents happen and they made it right Thank You!

They delivered my hot tub. I asked for the hot tub to be placed where the will reside which is on my back porch. This was made clear to the folks on the phone as well as the company I procured the tub from. They didn't know about my delivery instructions upon arrival They nearly dropped the hot tub from the truck to start. Then when they got it in the street I suggested that we use a number of skates to roll it and they ignored me and rolled it onto one skate smashing the side of the hot tub. They then complained that it wasn't typical to move the hot tub. I planned the rest of the move because they didn't really know what they were doing. The hot tub is great and the purchase was solid. The moving was horrible. I wouldn't even consider these folks for home moving.

Brown's was very easy to deal with! They emailed and texted with a four hour window the day prior, and promptly called when they were 30 minutes away. This was a delivery from Wayfair and the men that delivered were pleasant and efficient.

BEWARE!!! This business will lie to you, deceive you, break your things and give you pennies towards it's worth and then when you try to stick up for yourself they will then also gaslight you. I seriously suggest you stay far away from this company or at least read ALL of the contract and go over your bill with a fine tooth comb if you do use them. Don't make the same mistake that I made. Choose another company.

They delivered our household goods stored in their storage today and look what they did. It was our first military move from CA and never seen any moving company providing a service like them. 3 guys came and they can't even carry one dresser that we did not have a single problem with 2 movers in CA. One of the guy kicked the drawer in front of me. Very Agressive, violent, unprofessional and does have poor stamina. A lot more damaged items we need to file a claim. They blamed us by saying our furniture is heavy instead of blaming themselves that they are not strong enough to perform the work order right. I'm in hell.
FYI, that royal handcrafted dresser from the bedroom set was imported from Italy and has been passed down through the family. There wasn't a single scratch on our furniture set until they delivered it. My mother in CA is very upset about this situation and it can't be valued in money. She asked me to bring that bedroom set safe and sound back to CA when we move back. We hope these movers know what they have done. Also, our brand new $20,000 massage chair imported from South Korea was treated like a trash. They took out the original packaging and did not wrap with the proper moving supplies. Very dirty with dusts, saw some cosmetic damages and internal damage has been occurred when it was being unloaded from the trailer. My husband asked them to use the dolly to carry it, but that was rejected and dragged it on a uneven concrete ground.

Delivery was great! Communication from Browns moving & storage was wonderful. They let us know updates and actually called and confirmed the delivery about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Excellent service.

had an experience with them for Wayfair delivery. I had white glove delivery service, while I stayed home and contacted/confirmed multiple times, and left the items in my garage. They are unqualified to provide white glove, it is rather a low-grade delivery service company. I hope Wayfair looks into this and investigates it. Delivery people did not call, did not knock on the door neither ring the calling bell, and left the items in my garage. The entire management including the owner is incompetent and dishonest.The owner Joe Browns defensive and careless tone resonate their company philosophy and reflects with the employees/ service. Try to value customers' time, provide the service they paid for , stop lies and excuses,be better. Would not recommend this company.

This company was contracted to deliver via a Wayfair white glove delivery order which includes assembly.
The truck showed up within the window provided, but the drivers did not plan on assembly until they were reminded that assembly is part of the delivery.
They proceeded to try and assemble the desk but clearly did not know what they were doing, and did not plan or prepare on assembling the desk.
The desk was falling apart after assembly. The desk was not difficult to assemble, but they didn't screw the pegs in all the way and broke the wood while they incorrectly installed.
In addition, the drivers smelled of cigarette smoke and left that smell in my house where they failed to install the desk properly.
This company may be ok with delivery, but they certainly are not set up for assembly with their contract with Wayfair.
