“I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me.
