“The staff were very easy to work with and took the time to address and answer all of my questions to the best of their ability. I had a genuinely positive experience at every step of the process, from entering the building to packaging my item and figuring out the shipping logistics.”

“Dawn and Steve know their community. Dawn is the heart and soul of the operation — an expert in her profession who can solve any shipping issue with the patience of a saint. Her window might just be the highest-functioning federal office in the state of New York!
Steve is so dedicated to his route, he’d have to be hospitalized not to deliver the mail. His work ethic is unmatched — he is trusted daily with legal documents, personal information, and the quiet responsibilities that hold a town together.
They truly serve this community.”

“I run a small business, this office has been very efficient with a very kind staff.
My only complaint is with some customers whom will part across several parking spot making the already small parking lot hard to navigate. Still giving 5 stars because this is not the offices fault.”
