I walked into the Warrensburg branch with 38k in hand to open an account. It was 4:30 pm. First the bank manager asked me if I made an appointment... i did not. Then she tells me they are too busy and she had an appointment @ 5 pm. The place was completely empty.A bank that refuses money LMAO!I guess I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Commercial banking customer, good service, friendly staff, has good banking hours. Recently did a CD at a very good rate. Online banking is easy, call into customer service typically responsive and good english easy to converse with.

The Staff are nice, But the schedule is horrible. Not even open all day so my paycheck ends up relapsing to the next week because I work the only hours the banks open. Its a shame they aren't open later...

We had a horrific experience at this banking location. FRANCINE BUSER was completely discriminatory and offensive. My husband is a retired New Jersey Detective who happens to be Latino covered in tattoos. She immediately treated him with disrespect after learning his drivers license was expired due to the DMV waits after Covid. My husband was injured on the line of duty and this woman did nothing but treat as though he were a criminal. My husband lost his hearing from the accident and could barely understand her interrogation style questioning. I then showed her my current drivers license and she was unable to open an account because I didn’t have my actual social security card. Does anyone actually carry those around? Her demeanor was incredibly rude and disturbing. I have never been treated so poorly at a financial institution or any other business for that matter. I will never be returning to a TD bank and I will be calling higher levels of management to ensure this woman does not treat anyone with the level of disrespect and nastiness we received.

Many thanks to Francine who helped me with a wire transfer this was a difficult transition due to my ignorance of the process. She was patient and genuinely concerned that it was done correctly. Very refreshing and appreciate.

I would have given them 5 stars until I saw they were removing $30 per month from my account for some fee they wrongfully charged me and when i confronted the manager HE admitted it was the banks mistake but HE could only credit me 2 of the 5 month charges. They feel they have a 2 month statute of limitations on theft. So I am out $90.00 I should have closed my account and taken them to small claims court but I just haven't made the time to do it but watch out for the fees. All the tellers there in the bank are great and I feel it is because of the warm greeting & friendly smiles from the tellers is why I still bank there.

They lock the atm door so it doesn’t function properly preventing their customers from using the ATM, forcing them to go to another bank so they can charge them additional fees. Convenient

Went in to receive a notorized signature for a legal document from another state and was refused, when another TD Bank location nearby has already signed two documents from the other state. As far as I have researched, it appears it is legal for a notary to sign out of state documents. This is the only time I have ever been refused. I only went to this location because it was closer to where I have been living and working for the summer. I wish I had not gone here, and the different locations need to be on the same page. This is a very frustrating situation.
