“Helpful, knowledgeable. My phone went crazy after the emergency broadcast system did their test. Wouldn't let me make calls answer text messages or do anything. Didn't recognize SIM card. It was rendered useless. They had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I appreciate all you do”
