Extremely unhappy with H&R block Warsaw, NY. We did our taxes in person at the location in Warsaw on February 6, 2023. Last Friday (March 3, 2023) we still hadn’t received our tax return. We tried checking our return on the IRS website and there was NO record of any return. My wife then called the location in Warsaw, NY THREE times and they said they had no record of us being there. They said they would look in to it and call us back but that never occurred. They then told my wife they would reach us on Monday March 6, 2023 but that never occurred. My wife called H&R block early that morning and was told a manager would contact us. That also never occurred. Later that evening we called them AGAIN and was told the manager wasn’t even working today and they wouldn’t provide us with her phone number. I’m getting extremely concerned but luckily we haven’t paid them yet. Their payment was supposed to come out of our tax return and that amount is an insane price of $300. I’m not sure what to do.

They charged $225 for a college student with just a W2. What happened to cheap had I of known you would take advantage of a student I would never sent him to you. Will never recommend this place to anyone else.

I've used them for years but never again it's been 9 months and I still haven't got my refund paid a ton of money to get it faster many phone calls voicemail s nobody will return my call not happy at all so thanks h\\u0026r block not takeing my money and not helping what so ever

I appreciated Misty's help, but it was expensive and I hope to be able to do the taxes with Turbotax next year. This year was a complicated tax year but I can't afford to spend $500 every year.
