Very warm and wholesome place! Family friendly, as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the cutest floppy eared baby girl, Peaches, and immediately after, we had a delicious warm drink in our hands. We love this place, it's a hidden gem!

Disclaimer... the winery and orchard are separate businesses. This review is for the orchard only! The people at the orchard were very nice and hospitalble to me and my young family.Apples were plentiful due to all the rain we had in the area. My children adored Peaches (the dog) and the cider donuts were perfectly baked with just the right amount of sweetness to them and the puff pastries were to die for (if you like a little spice!). Thank you Apple Dave's for a memorable experience well as my daughter's first apple picking experience! My family and I look forward to visiting Apple Dave's again next year!

My family and I came on a Sunday after one of those rainy Saturdays, so it was definitely hopping. The people working here definitely have a well-oiled machine - not in an off-putting way, but how else would you manage the NYC and NJ crowds?Parking was pretty straightforward. You might need to walk a little to the main area, where there's a small fee to enter the non-apple-picking area. It's small but cute. There are some things for kids to climb on, some animals to see, and a good amount of places to sit and eat purchased food and beverages or what you brought in. The apple cider donuts are definitely worth getting, and I was decently satisfied with my pulled pork sandwich. Next time, though, I'd probably just bring my own food. There's a small store with items and snacks for sale (and an ATM). There's also a bar for some seasonal drinks. The apple-picking area you pay by the bag size. Cash only. No wagons allowed - I wish this had been posted better, but apparently it's a new policy since apples were getting stolen. How sad! Lots of apple trees and two very large sections to choose from. Near the parking lot is a small patch of pumpkins. We got two decent-sized ones for $15/each. The area was definitely muddy with all the traffic and rain. Wear your galoshes! By 1pm, when we were leaving, there was a huge line of cars to get in. If I come back, I'll definitely come on the earlier side!

First time visiting today since we moved to Warwick - had been here many years ago when we lived elsewhere. If you are a local, go on a weekday… don’t show up on a weekend during peak season and expect it to be empty!Anyhow, the owners were very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a map or signage to show which varieties were where but that’s a minor detail. They encouraged us to taste the apples and we certainly did - found what we liked that way. BIG points for having a garden hose by the entrance because it rained last night and parts were muddy. Got the kids cleaned off before they got back into the car.Aside from apples, also bought some donuts and a bottle of Apple Jack from the distillery. Looking forward to enjoying the beautiful views during the winter as well. We’ll be back. ?

We went on Sunday afternoon and had a lovely time! We enjoyed the cider, distillery, and music, along with apple-picking. We also took a nice walk around the scenic pond. It was a perfect fall outing on a charming farm!

My family and I found Apple Dave’s Orchard the most authentic and scenic apple orchard in the area. The main building is a renovated barn that is something out of a storybook. The view around the property is breathtaking. You get a true sense of peace and relaxation from being there. Also, there is a great pond in the center of their property with picnic tables. The apples were delicious and the hot apple cider was to die for. If you are looking to get away from it all and have a great day picking apples, Apple Dave’s Orchard is the place!

I've been going there annually for a number of years now, and most recently yesterday. Love the overall atmosphere of the farm, with the beautiful scenic pond, open field, live music, etc. The orchards are really full this year, thanks to the rainy summer/fall we've had, so had some great apple picking. The one and only downside is, they have pretty bad apple cider donuts. they aren't very fresh, aren't served warm and aren't rolled in brown sugar. it didn't used to be this way, so it must have something to do with the selling off of half of the farm to a winery. this is something any apple farm should always get right.
