I scheduled service on my 2011 ram dakota when my local guy who I've used for years, couldn't take it on. I needed front struts, and he couldn't find them since the part had been discontinued. Due to a bad experience, he no longer does spring compression. Logan was my service advisor and he was great. They located the struts. Logan kept me informed throughout the process and exceeded my expectations.

Stop what you’re doing and go see JJ!! He’s the man! Very professional, took his time, explained everything from start to finish. Showed me how to use everything in the car. I would say it was the least painful experience buying a car but honestly it was great I’ll be coming back here every time to come see JJ!

You only get one star cause its by default.. I thought this review went through, but it must've not.. I took my 2020 Grand Cherokee to get serviced cause its closer to my house than the dealer in NJ.. First, they couldn't find my warranty on file, which is absurd.. Then they wanted $1,100 to fix the airbag cause the light went on.. Magically, after I left, the airbag light went off, which means that you tried to steal $1,100 from me.. Won't see my money unless I'm desperate

These guys are fire! I always call the parts department for my job to order parts. Alex and Ken are awesome. Rich the driver is amazing. Truly a wonderful group of gentleman to do business with.

I brought my jeep in because my blinkers stopped working. They told me I needed a new lamp but my horn wasn't working either. I know nothing about cars but even to me it was an obvious electrical problem. Whatever, I'm out $150 for a problem they misdiagnosed as all of my blinkers went out two days later, and they told me I'd have to pay for a new repair if it was more than the $150 I gave them for no reason. I brought my car to another shop and the mechanic told me it was a wire and fixed it in two seconds. This place isn't a dealership it's a stealership.

I don't really leave reviews but had to for this mess. I spent 3k to get my vehicle fixed and they completely failed even after holding it for a week which made my job very difficult. They said I could be this or that but with very little confidence. I was about to leave it again for more repairs that believed would fix the original issue but I had that bad feeling in my gut. I brought it Vin Jay's in Chester instead. They had it figured out and ready for me by 1pm that same day. I will never be going back to dodge Warwick.

This is a good dealership. It’s not the biggest or the fanciest but everyone from service to sales to finance is super friendly and helpful. My salesperson Sam was great! I’m in NJ and this is not the closest dealer to me but I will definitely make the drive for all my Jeep services and new purchases. Thanks again to everyone at Team Jeep Warwick!

I took my Jeep 45 minutes away from my home, to Warwick because the Jeep dealerships around me could not be bothered with an issue I was having getting all of the sensors ready in order to pass a NYS emissions test. I called 2 local dealerships, one told me to just keep driving the car around and the other never returned my calls. I called the service dept in Warwick and they told me to bring it up to them as soon as I could and they would see what could be done. Chris, in the service dept, gave me his cell # and was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns I had. Within a few hours, my Jeep was fixed and able to get inspected. I really appreciate the time they took to diagnose and fix the problem. They could have treated me the same way as my local dealerships, but they did not.Warwick has earned a new customer and when I'm ready to trade my current Jeep in, I will be buying a new one from them.

I am very pleased with the services the Jeep in Warwick provided for me. They were extremely helpful with taking in my car the day of it breaking down. They updated me daily of the status of my vehicle and were able to fix it within 3 days. I am very grateful for taking my car to Warwick’s services!

I used to use a dealership close to my house in new jersey.. they turned out to be criminals..This dealership has always been honest with me.. I will continue to travel to them for all my service and repairs.. ..I recommend them 100%It's nice to see a dealership not take advantage of a disabled person..
