So fortunate to have a local store that has such a variety of items. As a local realtor I utilize so many unique and engravable gifts that I try to relate to my client. And then there is the "shop for me" time with great bags, jewelry and so much more. And in addition the staff is always friendly, helpful ( when I am indecisive) and John is the quickest engraver with gifts ready in a very timely manner. Can't say enough good things about Etched in Time.

Horribly rude employees. My kids were playing with a little toy I was going to buy them until a woman came up to us stating items are for sale and they are going to get them dirty. Who calls their customers dirty? There is a kinder, more professional way to speak to people. I’ve purchased from this store many times but will no longer shop here. Don’t have a kids section if you don’t want kids in your store! They are very well behaved and clean and shouldn’t have been treated so poorly.

What can I say about this store? It was well worth the traffic to get up there. The store is amazing has such beautiful items for gift giving. They go above & beyond to treat you like royalty. They could not do enough for you. Good thing store is not closer I would be in the poor house. I got so many beautiful gifts I needed today.Zari, Maggie & the owner I think Jessica were so kind, sweet & helpful. This store knows what great customer service is all about. Can't wait to come back up & shop & see you girls again. Anyone in the area that doesn't stop in will be nuts. Once you have been here it will become your favorite store. Stopped into this local store the Saturday before Christmas. We have use Etched in Time for years for school and youth sports projects but this time it was for personal gifts. The shop was mobbed and the service unparalleled. Bought two beautiful gifts that will hold true sentimental value for years to come. The American flag that was created by a local artist is already up. My husband loves it. Thank you! Your store is a treasure!
