“Local florist! “Small town charm” even on the phone. Thank you so much for your much valued customer service. I called very last minute as another (national florist) let me down. Florist person (female) answered phone with positivity and reassurance. When shopping for a florist, we usually pick the name at the top of google search. ALWAYS LOOK FOR LOCAL FLORIST. The flower arrangement was unique and special for my granddaughter’s birthday. Although I called around noon, I was assured the flowers would arrive on that day. Florists are “the person” you cannot be. They are there to send your congratulations or condolences when you cannot be there. I learned a hard lesson to look carefully for a stand alone business in the area of your need. Highland Florist service a large area, as well. So grateful for their help.”

Everything looked exactly how I envisioned and more. Sarah communicated with us consistently from the very beginning through texts, emails, and phone calls, which we really appreciated. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and how determined she was to bring our vision to life. She also offered helpful suggestions and was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, she was at our venue all day setting everything up. Everything was stunning, but my absolute favorite was our sweetheart table. Seeing it set up for the first time made me emotional, it looked so romantic and truly exceeded my expectations. “We had the Flour Shop make a mini wedding cake for us. We had a special wedding before the actual date so my mother in law who is not doing well could witness the marriage of her youngest grandchild. The cake was beyond perfect, complete with the bunting on the side that a full size cake would have. It was delicious and was completely devoured. We can't say thank you enough for your talents and your efforts!!!!! The cake really topped off am extremely special day!!!”
