Chris brown from prime is the Warwick location is the best! Personable , hard working and really goes out of his way for his customers. The rest of the self storage businesses in the area are sad anyway so he has no competition

Prime Storage was convenient and easy to set up over the phone when I needed a storage facility next day!. When I came in person to the Warwick location the manager was very helpful and clear and made the renting process quick, easy and secure. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been renting from this location since 2020. When I first signed up, I was assisted by Chris and the experience was smooth, easy and effortless. I needed the unit to hold my father’s belongings after he passed away. Not only was Chris helpful, he was empathetic to my situation which was super nice. Anytime anything questions have come up over the last 4 years, Chris has been nothing but helpful.
