I tried to do taxes on my own. I called and got someone, Mikki, who dropped everything to help me at 8pm. She was kind, fast and efficient. If I could send flowers I would! You guys have always been great, but this was exceptional. She deserves a raise.

Service was Great, Fee's are Not. It was easy to make appt, the preparer went out of her way to fit me in, and worked on my return ahead of the appt to make my time spent in office minimal. She was friendly and professional. *I do not agree with paying for the Family fee and then have additional charge for a dependent child, where's the logic on that? Also, the additional fee to file one line item off of a 1099 for student interest paid is unfair; Its one line item entered into a software application, that like $5 per keystroke! For these reasons I will revisit using TurboTax next year.If not for the professional, friendly preparer who seemed to care about doing a good job, I would have been upset upon leaving after the "chaaching" I had to put on my credit card.

We have been going to this H and R Block for 3 years.Great people organized everyone was so nice. But this year me and my husband was so disappointed different people. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but they was so unorganized never again they lost a client

Usually we do our taxes through AARP at no cost. Otherwise we go to H&R Block when necessary
