Beautiful exterior and interior. If you are an outgoing person, there are a lot to offer. Downside, a possible long walk to your apartment which means a long walk to the parking lot and to the garbage shed. There are also A LOT of rules to be followed from management

they jack up seniors rent 2-3 times DURING the lease. they put it in the lease. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I've seen the lease. it's abusive to take advantage of elderly people like that or any other way. apartments are tiny with cheap, nasty carpeting instead of clean, waterproof vinyl plank flooring. so much for the golden years.

Love it if my parents were still alive I would have them living there the employees are extremely helpful and attentive the grounds are immaculate the office staff is professional and kind I can't say enough things about it and the owner is the most kind and generous person you will ever meet

Lived there for 10 years. When I first moved in the place was fantastic. However, over the years it has gone down hill. Management is never a help and exists in an ivory tower and doesn’t relate to its tenants.Building maintenance is allowed to be snarky and disrespectful to residents. This place needs a complete management overhaul.

I was here to deliver a grocery order to a tenant. The buildings have elevators, the facilities look well maintained and clean.
