You won't get any fresher or better than Lowland Farm. I miss shopping at the farm as opposed to the not so new anymore farm store off the property

I used to drive 2 hours from Brooklyn to pick up 20+ lbs for the discount. Best price, even with gas and tolls compared to what I could get at Greenmarket. I now live in Minnesota but miss the quality and the understanding of the kind of cuts that are sought out in cooking. Highly recommended.

The meat is the best. The way it is frozen keeps the meat much fresher than store bought.
