Webster Bank unfortunately does not care about customers. Had a problem and at first Manager at this branch was very helpful but quickly her attitude changed and just seemed annoyed. Really? That’s how you treat your customers. Very sad. My husband and I quickly closed our accounts and are now at another bank.
