TD bank is not capable provide you with the account balance over automated bank phone service, you need to talk to the customer support for it. "Legendary" (this is how TD bank call his customer service) customer service is horrible, it simply cannot solve any of your banking issues over the phone so they are asking you to come over into the branch, no to mention that TD bank is still charging you hefty $35 overdraft fees for every overdraft transaction (even 3 times by $35 fee for the same transaction when you are trying 3 times to take a money from your account using ATM card) while most other bank long time already dropped those overdraft fee charges. I used to work with over 15 banks in my 30 years of accounting career, TD Bank is on the bottom of my list, I will never recommend it to anyone, even for business.

MARY! MARY MARY!! I'm so impressed! Is teller goes above and beyond! I had I an issue what's some checks that I cashed 3 weeks earlier, and she actually remembered me remembered the day I came in, and remembered the transactions!

Never again will I bank with TD. They charge you for mistakes they make and screw you over and when you try to walking in to get help that's the last thing they do. Chase bank all the way !!!
