Do not go here if you need UPS or FedEx services, they do not provide them. They cannot even scan a QR code to print a label. When I asked the young man why they couldn't or if the tracking number would help, an older woman with brunette hair and glasses just injected herself into our exchange and abruptly yelled at me that they couldn't help me. This is the kind of person who should be nowhere near dealing with the public. She has the emotional self control of a toddler. Good luck with that.

I've been going here for years, when I lived overseas they helped ship stuff for me and now living near they continue to help. They provide such great services and give so much to the local community. they are a pillar of this town!!!

I have used Track 7 on many occasions , they were a reliable service,. Today was a different matter. Ms Patterson was unexplainably rude from the min I walked in w/ the package, saying she could't help me before I could ask for her assistance in returning the package. Guess she has ESP.

Heather was amazing. My four boxes made it to Greeley Colorado before today, It is 12 degrees here this morning. I was caught in a snow squall yesterday at the grocery store. The girl scouts were outside selling cookies. Thank you again

Track 7ships .. Eileen Patterson and her rude son I went to track 7ships ships to ship a package Eileen Patterson was behind the counter I then said very politely I emailed you the shipping label. I gave her the timestamp my email address and the subject matter she glanced at the computer for a second and repeatedly, telling me in a rude on professional matter. She did not receive my email. I then proceeded to tell her in a polite way. I then told her the email went through. It was in my sent box and I did not get a failed mail notification notice. She proceeded to tell me she hasn't received it. This was the second time she insisted I did not send her the email. She was very very rude and unprofessional and then her son chimed in and started screaming at me in a very loud voice. I don't know how to use my cell phone I know how to use my cell phone email label was sent it's in my sent box and I did not receive a fail. Notice. They proceeded to scream and yell at me told me never to come back into the store, threw me out and proceeded to phone the police. I would advise anyone to use a different shipping company in Warwick New York. They are extremely unprofessional rude. I've never in my life have been treated like this. She proceeded to tell me that there's complaints about me on Facebook, I told her I think she has me mistaken with someone else I've never been on Facebook. She proceeded to say get out. I'm calling the police. Apparently she has been mistaken for someone else. I try to explain it but realize how crazy and inappropriate she was acting and walked out of the store. I then phoned track 7 ships Eileen, Patterson answered the phone. They had no idea I was recording the conversation again they her and her son, screaming at me, telling me that they did not receive any email don't ever come into the store again, and I tried to tell them that the phone calls being recorded but they were both screaming so loud and over talking me that they didn't realize it was being recorded. I believe this woman has psychotic issues and her son I've believe they should not be in this business handling customer service. I am traumatized and devastated about the way she treated me and I'm thinking about suing her for harassment.

Quite unfriendly customer service. I continued to be as patient and friendly as I could, and the gentleman continued to be on the edge of abusive towards me. I have an account with this company and have used their service for years, but this ended today.
