“Roe Brother's delivered excellent customer service and upfront disclosure of costs for my rental. I could not have been happier with my experience. They even recovered my personal keys from the vehicle first thing in the morning when they opened. Many Uhaul centers will look for reasons to nickle and dime you to death whether it be about folded blankets or damage to the vehicle that may or may not have occured during your rental. The friendly lady at the Uhaul desk at Roe Brothers walked the vehicle with me and advised me of some pointers if I should rent a Uhaul somewhere else in the future.”

“I have rented from a number of U-Haul locations and I can say this experience was one of the best. The staff at Wadeson was courteous, professional and efficient. This was my first experience renting a trailer, having recently had U-Haul at another location install a trailer hitch on my car. The staff member who processed my rental hooked up the trailer to my car, performed a brake and turn signal test, and ensured that I was all set to go. When I returned the trailer, the staff member who assisted me in unhitching the trailer was equally courteous and helpful.
