This location would be great for renting trucks and other things U-Haul if it weren’t for the nasty and unpleasant attitude of the lady behind the counter.

My rental experience here was great! The staff was friendly and helpful and the van was ready and clean. Had zero issues reserving the vehicle with the app. Return was handled quickly and efficiently. Could find nothing to complain about with the whole process.

Called a few times and left msgs...no call back. I called the store and was told to leave a msg...no call back. I love the store but uhaul staff is bad!! I finally went elsewhere snd paid more but received the service I expected! Very disappointed!

Made a reservation 5 days ahead of time and was assured that the pick-up location would be in Warwick and early in the morning. The following day, I received confirmation of a 1:30 pm (!) pick-up time in Harriman! I followed up and they reiterated the closest location and earliest pick-up time was Harriman at 1:30. If you don't know you'll have a truck in a certain location by a certain time, do not assure your customers that you do.
